Nice Classification: entry into force of the 2018 version

Nice Classification: entry into force of the 2018 version From Januay 1, 2018 will enter into force a new version of the eleventh edition of the International Classification of Goods and Services for the Purposes of the Registration of Marks (“Nice Classification”), which will be applied by WIPO to any application for international registration that is received on or after January 1, 2018.


This new version will be available on the website of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), as well as on the database named Madrid Goods and Services Manager (MGS).
